适用特性

①电缆导体长期允许的最高工作温度(有承载结构电缆) :

高密度聚乙烯绝缘: 75℃,

交联聚乙烯绝缘: 90℃。

②短路时(持续时间不超过5秒)导体最高温度不应超过:

高密度聚乙烯绝缘: 150℃,

交联聚乙烯绝缘: 250℃。

③电缆的敷设温度不应低于-20℃。

④电缆的允许弯曲半径不小于电缆弯曲试验时所用圆柱体直径。

Standard and Application Scope

This product is manufactured based on the GB/T standard 14049-2008 and Q/ZJGG 01-2007. The copper or aluminum conductor with XLPE or HDPE insulated cable can be applied to the power supply system that the rated voltage is 10(12)kV or 20(24)kV.

Using Features

①The long-term maximum operating temperature of the conductor (cable

with supporting structure) is: 

HDPE insulated cable: 75℃,

XLPE insulated cable: 90℃.

②When short circuit (the lasting time should not more than 5 seconds), the

maximum temperature of the conductor is:

HDPE insulated cable: 150℃ ,

XLPE insulated cable: 250℃.

③The minimum ambient temperature in laying is -20℃.

④The permitted bending radius of the cable should not be less than the diameter of cylinder that had been used in the bending test.
